6 - e就绪对传统企业电子商务吸收的影响——组织执行的中介作用 摘要:传统企业实施电子商务存在“价值高认知—组织低吸收”的困局反映了企业界对如何促进电子商务吸收还存在很大的困惑。本文从高层个体、组织资源、企业行为等多个层面综合考察了吸收困局形成的原因,从组织执行力角度提出了电子商务吸收模型,重点分析促进吸收的组织e就绪前因驱动作用和组织执行力的中介作用。通过传统企业调查数据的实证研究,结果发现,e就绪包括价值认知和IT资源就绪,是电子商务吸收的重要驱动力。高层管理者的价值认知必须在一定的资源就绪配合下,通过转换为有效的战略执行力和运作执行力才能促进电子商务吸收。以上作用关系印证了领导个体的认知行为,组织资源支持以及企业管理行为的关键联系。组织执行力中介效应的发现扩展了对电子商务吸收过程的认识。 关键词:电子商务吸收;e就绪;价值认知;IT资源就绪;战略执行力;运作执行力 The effects of e-readiness on e-Business assimilation in traditional firms: the mediating role of organizational executive power Abstract: e-Business assimilation as the extent to which the use of Internet technologies diffuses across a firm’s business processes and becomes routinized in the activities. Most e-business assimilation research has examined the role of executives and the top management team. While it is important to investigate individual-level factors related to top management, what is lacking in the literature is a description of the impact of firm strategy and operations on e-business assimilation. Little research has examined what and how various organizational factors may impact e-business assimilation and presents a clear gap in previous research. From an organizational implementation perspective, this paper aims to examine the the drivers of e-readiness and the mediating effect of organizational executive power on e-business assimilation. Based on the literature of IT assimilation, this paper developed a research model to study e-business assimilation in multiple level which presents the relationships among value perceptions of top managers, IT resources readiness, executive power, and assimilation. Data gathered from 135 IS and business executives in traditional firms were employed to test the relationships between the constructs using a partial least squares method.
