= 本文借助最优化方法, 建立了分布不确 前提下的社会福利评价模型,
研究了最优分布函数与偏好之间的关系, 获得了帕累托分布和指数分布为最优分布
的条件本文还在给 条件下导出了社会福利函数的 一般表达式, 将社会福利函数
表示为最低收入水平平均水平和基尼系数的函数这一表达形式既有前人提出的
一些典型社会福利函数的优点, 又克服了其缺陷最后, 本文对社会福利函数的政
策含义进行了讨论并就重构宏观经济学微观基础提出了一些思路

Abstract: This paper adopts a dynamic optimization method and builds a theo-
r etical model1According to the findings in this paper, optimal distribution is decid-
ed by marginal utility function1 As tw o important e amples of optimal distribution,
Pareto distribution and e ponential distribution correspond respectively to constant
relative r isk aversive and constant absolute r isk aversive utility function1 T he paper
also derives a general formula of social w elfare function, w hich not only depends on
average income and Gini coefficient, but also the w elfare of the poorest per son of
the society1 This kind of w elfare function cover s advantages of other social w elfare
functions and over comes their deficiencies1 In the end, the paper discusses the poli-
cy implications1
