Abstract Abstract In recent years, the PPP mode began to promote the investment and financing problems in the infrastructure projects in China, but because of the implementation of the PPP project of long duration, involving a wide range of investment, a long period of time of construction and operation and a great risk in late management, therefore, the infrastructure projects in PPP mode is very necessary. First, this paper describes the relevant concepts, and found that the PPP mode of the main operation process included the project plan, select the private investors, signed a concession agreement, project construction, project operation and project transfer, etc., and there were some evaluation methods in the infrastructure projects of the PPP mode ,such as the process of building a project evaluation, evaluation of construction projects, construction projects, the impact assessment.
