类风湿关节炎自身抗原的筛选鉴定及功能研究.docVIP

类风湿关节炎早期诊断指标：锰超氧化物歧化酶 万 萍，钟 兵，邹庆华，方勇飞 （400038 重庆，第三军医大学西南医院风湿病诊治中心） [摘要] 目的 寻找类风湿关节炎的早期诊断指标。方法 采用双向电泳、MALDI-TOF/TOF质谱分析等方法从类风湿关节炎滑膜组织中筛选并鉴定特异性自身抗原，进一步建立该抗体的ELISA检测方法，测定30例早期类风湿关节炎患者及30例健康对照者血清中的抗体水平，并分析抗体水平与疾病活动度的相关性。结果 早期类风湿关节炎血清中筛选并鉴定出特异性的锰超氧化物歧化酶抗体。ELISA法检测早期RA血清中锰超氧化物歧化酶抗体A450值均值（1.72±0.35）明显高于正常人血清（0.95±0.34）（P＜0.0001）。在早期RA患者血清中锰超氧化物歧化酶抗体阳性率为63.3%，且该抗体水平与RF、CCP、CRP呈明显正相关。结论 锰超氧化物歧化酶抗体可能作为类风湿关节炎早期诊断与疾病活动性预测的指标之一。 [关键词] 类风湿关节炎；自身抗体；锰超氧化物歧化酶；早期诊断 [中图法分类号] [文献标志码] A Manganese superoxide dismutase: an as early diagnostic marker for rheumatoid arthritis Wan Ping, Zhong Bing, Zou Qinhua, Fang Yongfei (Diagnosis and Treatment Center forDepartment of Rheumatology, Southwest Hospital, Third Millitary Medical University.
