一种改进型外科护理防护罩的临床研制及应用 王会张莉莉殷淑君 (枣庄市薛城区人民医院 277000) 【摘要】目的 探讨一种改进型外科护理防护罩的临床研制及应用。方法 研 制出由支架，外罩，操作手套，照明灯，温度计组成的外科护理防护罩，支架中 部设有照明灯，支架下部设有外罩，支架的一端设有温度计，操作手套设置在支 架上，该防护罩在ICU临床中推广应用，将使用外科护理防护罩与未使用防护罩 的患者，按随机原则分为对照组200例，观察组200例，进行比较分析两组患者 的临床效果。结果该外科护理防护罩的设计，获得了国家实用新型专利证书, 通过在我院重症监护病房气管切开患者的临床应用，重症监护病房院内感染发牛 率降低了 55%。结论 结构简单、使用方便，解决了医护人员与病人的隔离，确 保医护人员的健康。 【关键词】 外科护理 防护罩 研制 【中图分类号】R472.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 05-0077-02 An improved clinical development and application of surgical nursing protective cover [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical research and application of a new type of surgical nursing protective cover.
