不同术式治疗胫骨远端Pilon骨折疗效比较 费熹 （什那人民医院骨科 四川 什那618400） 【摘要】目的：探究锁定加压钢板以及解剖型钢板内固定术对于胫骨远端 Pilon骨折的实际治疗效果。方法：我院2012到2015年收治的98例Pilon骨折 患者，随机分为每组49例的实验组（胫骨远端锁定加压钢板内固定治疗）以及 对照组（解剖型钢板内固定术治疗），比较2种治疗方法效果。结果：实验组使 用胫骨远端锁定加压钢板内固定治疗，手术时间为43.87plusmn;8.45分钊》术 中出血量为40.09plusmn;6.19毫升，术后愈合时间为15.43plusmn;1.58周,治 疗的优良率为89.80%；对照组使用解剖型钢板内固定术治疗，手术时间为 54.12plusmn;9.08分钊】，术中出血量为72.34plusmn;5.67毫升，术后愈合时间 为19.37plusmn;2.01周，治疗的优良率为77.55%。结论：使用胫骨远端锁定加 压钢板内固定治疗Pilon骨折创伤较小，手术耗费时间更短，出血量更少，患者 伤口可以更早愈合，具有更高的治疗优良率。 【关键词】 胫骨远端；Pilon骨折；锁定加压钢板；解剖型钢板 【中图分类号】R683 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 （2016） 08-0064-02 Comparison of therapeutic effects of different surgical treatment of distal tibial Pilon fractures Fei Xi.
