智能手机在侦查实战中的应用 PAGE II 论文编码：W本科毕业论文 智能手机在侦查实战中的应用 论 文 作 者： 刘 晨 专业（方向）： 信息安全 年 级： 2011级 学 号： 2011200759 指 导 教 师： 刘晓丽 教授 完 成 日 期： 2015年4月20日 中国刑事警察学院本科毕业论文 Ⅰ 中文摘要 目前我国智能手机普及率日益增加，智能手机已经成为我们生活中必不可少的一部分。人们大部分的社会交往活动已包含在各类信息载体之中，因此，研究智能手机在侦查实战工作中的应用对公安机关寻找线索掌握证据具有非常重要的意义。通过对犯罪嫌疑人智能手机网络信息以及各种APP的LBS（位置服务，Location Based Services）又称定位服务分析，可以发现犯罪嫌疑人的蛛丝马迹和犯罪证据，达到为侦破案件服务的目的。 本文重点分析智能手机在侦查实战工作中的应用，并通过查阅并整理大量的中外相关文献资料和对相关的研究，提出利用智能手机进行侦查办案的方法，以为今后公安实践中侦破各类关联智能手机的案件提供有效的帮助。 关键词： 智能手机 犯罪证据 调查方法 Ⅲ ABSTRACT Title: Application of Intelligent Mobile Phone in The Actual Work of Investigation。 At present our country intelligent mobile phone penetration rate increasing, the intelligent mobile phone has become an indispensable part in our life. The people most social activities have been included in the various information carriers, therefore, the study and application of intelligent mobile phone in the investigation of actual combat in the work of public security organs to look for clues to master the evidence is of great significance. The suspect intelligent mobile phone network information as well as a variety of APP LBS (Location Based location service, Services) is also called positioning service analysis, can be found the suspect traces and evidence of the crime, for the detection of cases of services to achieve. This paper focuses on the analysis of the intelligent mobile phone application in investigation of actual combat in the work, and by consulting and arranging the foreign large number of relevant literature and the related research, investigation method was proposed by using intelligent mobile phone, thought the case detection of various related smartphones in the practice of public security in the future to provide effective help.
