PAGE 33 摘 要 贴片机是SMT生产线的重要组成部分，它起着决定性的作用，在产品的精度，生产效率高，整条生产线的实际产量和生产能力，并已在中国有广阔的应用前景。高速高精度是贴片机的重要指标。国内外学者对如何解决SMT机床高速与高精度之间的矛盾做了大量的理论研究。本文是基于现有的贴片机。为了改善机械结构和重新设计的关键部件，芯片放置精度提高考虑到贴片速度和芯片速度。 本文对贴片机的机械结构进行了总体设计。通过对国内外各种机械结构的典型的综合分析，基于各种机械结构的质量，X-Y定位系统的联动式贴片机的结构设计。由于装订头的结构直接影响到整机的设计精度和速度，所以压头的设计是贴片机设计的核心。龙门安装头的设计，在设计精度的前提下，整体的速度以节省设计成本，设计出结构简单，便于制造和满足的元素带气动同步器和棘轮轮轨系统理论的要求，吸嘴更换其他零件等。 关键词：贴片机，贴装，拱架式 PAGE II Abstract Placement machine is an important part of SMT production line，which plays a decisive role in product precision，production efficiency，actual output and production capacity of the whole production line，and has a broad application prospect in china. High speed and high precision are important indexes of placement machine. Researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical research on how to solve the contradiction between high speed and high precision of SMT machine. This paper is based on the existing placement machine. In order to improve the mechanical structure and redesign the key components，the chip placement accuracy is improved by taking into account both the patch speed and the chip speed. In this paper，the mechanical structure of the placement machine is overall designed. Through a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign various machine structure typical，based on all kinds of machine structure quality，design of the gantry placement machine structure with X-Y linkage positioning system. Because the structure of the binding head directly affects the design accuracy and speed of the whole machine，the design of the mount head is at the core of the design of the placement machine. The design of gantry mounting head，in the premise of the design precision and speed of the whole in order to save the design cost and design of simple structure，convenient manufacture and can meet the requirements of the theory of strip element pneumatic synchronous feeder and ratchet wheel rail system，suction nozzle replacing other parts etc..
