With the rapid development of LED technology in the recent decade, LED light ,as the 4th generation light products, is one of the most promising high-tech industries in 21 century. Consumers are no more satisfied with the light basic service .consumers now attach great importance to the recreati onal functions, beautiful appearance, energy saving. Consumers’ new demands guide the modern LED market, which means the new LED products will be more innovative, sophisticated, integrated and distinctive. The same market and customer needs but the different technology bring the market more competition, the customers more choices, and the service providers the strategic goal of innovative development. Only with a spirit of innovative development, and the characteristic and differentiated new products, can the company play a prominent role in the fierce market competition. The experience of successful enterprises at home and abroad has told us that an enterprise should develop a scientific, proper and efficient set of method for the project process management of new product development before it manages to find the new product that meets the needs of their own strategic development and completes
