ABSTRACT
With the development of the economy, fuel car ownership and environmental
problems are also growing. Apart from economical problems, limited oil resource is
also pushing us to use new energy to replace oil resources. The past few years have
witnessed more and more electric vehicle driven on the road, which brought much hope
to solve the energy crisis. The development and application of electric vehicles is
contributing to relieving the pain of oil recourses shortage with zero emission. I believe
that the environmental problems can also be relieved to certain degree by its application
and development.
This article took HAFEI MINYI 6370E model as target in regard to the current
market demand. Researches on characteristics parameters matching of key components
of the pure electric postal vehicle (motor,battery and transmission), as well as
simulations on CRUISE software influences on vehicle performance and driving
mileage under various working conditions are conducted to determine the optimal
parameters of the components.
First of all, key component design and selection is conducted based on function,
performance and driving comfort of targeted vehicle. Through implementation of CAN
bus technology, intelligent management of vehicle can be achieved by whole car
controller. And the control principle design is done under the guidance of system
requirements.
