摘 要 随着社会的发展，老龄人口数量不断递增，老龄人口占总人口的比重也在大幅提高。根据第六次全国人口普查的数据显示，中国老年人口已达到2亿，已经开始慢慢步入老年化社会。伴随人口老龄化而来的，不仅仅是老年人物质生活问题，还包括精神上的各种问题。不管在城市还是农村，老人们能否“颐养天年”，不仅仅在于物质生活是否充裕、养老环境是否舒适，更在于精神层次的需求能否得到满足，能否“老有所乐”。老年人作为一个特殊的群体，其精神需求能否满足直接关系到老年人的生存和社会的和谐。近年来，中国人口迅速老龄化和独生子女家庭的大量出现的大背景之下老年人精神赡养方面的问题变得尤为突出。 本论文基于此现状，希望通过对老年人精神赡养问题的深入系统研究来解决精神赡养问题，针对老年人精神赡养的现状，并根据具体事例情况，提出一些改善和提升老年人精神赡养的对策和建议。本文从老年人精神赡养研究的背景、意义及内容出发，概括了老年人精神赡养的定义，发现了中国老年人在精神赡养方面存在的一些问题，包括城市老年人个人心理问题、选择独居、婚姻生活不幸福、缺少子女关心、社会养老组织不健全、社会存在漠视老年人的现象的问题；及农村老年人个人心理问题、物质保障水平低，精神压力大、健康状况差、精神需求保障不够的问题。在发现问题的基础之上，从个人、家庭、社区、政府以及社会等方面寻求解决问题的。 关键词：精神赡养；精神慰藉；社区养老 Abstract With the development of the society, constantly increasing aging population, the proportion of aging population is also greatly increased.
