Abstract: Yanchang gas field is a low porosity - low permeability sanded gas reservoir in Ordos Basin, the horizontal well can expand the fluid-release area, fully tap the potential of the reservoir, improve the single well production, and thus improve the comprehensive development of the gas field. Yanchang gas field began to drill horizontal well from 2011,lost circulation and borehole wall sloughing are often suffered during the drilling, which had led to long drilling cycle and poor development benefit of horizontal well. According to conclude geological characteristics , general situation and drilling fluid technical problems ,analyze usage and problems of different kinds of drilling mud, put forward reasonable drilling fluid system ,as well as the satisfactory downhole safe measure, it will be of great significance of horizontal well drilling fluid technology in Yanchang gas field . Key words: horizontal well drilling fluid; potassium chloride- polysulfonate drilling fluids system ;borehole stability; lost circulation controlling and plugging 引言 水平井技术是当代油气资源勘探开发的重点技术之一，为了提高勘探开发综合经济效益，延长气田从2011年开始探索用水平井开发山西组气层。由于水平井在钻井过程中井斜角从0°-90°变化，因而水平井工艺与直井有较大差别，水平井钻井液技术也要求更高。延长气田不断探索优选水平井
