This paper introduces the design of pneumatic manipulator, and calculate the relevant data related to the reasonable results are obtained. The structure of the pneumatic manipulator design involves a lot of mechanical professional special knowledge, need to master the complex theoretical analysis ability and design ideas, larger workload. Based on the integration in the field of mechanical manufacturing and automation professional four years of experience, discusses and analyzes the industrial robots mechanical structure and function of each part. Pneumatic manipulator as a practical new type of mechanical production equipment, can replace manual work in the comparison of heavy labor。It has many excellent performance can be fully competent for modern industrial production requirements.Pneumatic manipulator design requirement is asking me People will be liberated from the trouble of production, which requires the design is to help people work.
