浙江体育人才库系统的设计与实现研究 摘 要 目前计算机、网络技术的发展和应用日益普及,大力发展人才开发事业是当 前任何企事业单位的迫切需求,使得目前人才库建设的任务日益繁重,借助于计 算机网络实现人才库系统建设是一个重要的发展趋势。运用计算机来实现企事业 单位的管理也就是我们通常所讲的 MIS,对于任何一个组织来说,进行全面的管 理都可以运用计算机技术和信息技术,。能够综合运用计算机技术、信息技术管 理技术和决策技术,与现代化的管理思想、方法和手段结合起来,辅助管理人员 进行管理和决策,建立一个跨多个领域的综合性的人机管理系统,在管理信息领 域应用非常广泛。 本文根据浙江地方政府管理部门对体育人才资源的管理需求,分析了建设浙 江体育人才资源数据库系统的功能要求与需求特点,并根据系统的特点,分析了 体育人才资源数据库的实体一关系,对于重要功能模块进行了设计与测试。 本研究建立系统前后经历半年时间,对于系统建设中的基本目标均已实现。 目前建成的系统已稳定运行半年,对同类系统建设具有较好的参考作用。 【关键词】:挖掘 体育 人才库 设计 实现 【论文类型】 理论应用 I ABSTRACT At present, the development and application of computer and network technology is becoming more and more common and it is urgent for any enterprises to develop the talent exploitation business vigorously. So it is an important development trend to achieve the construction of talents band system with the help of computer and internet, in that the task of talents bank construction become heavier day by day. It is feasible for any organization to conduct a comprehensive management with computer technology and information technology and the system which we use to achieve the management of enterprises and institutions by computers is what we usually called MIS. Integrated use of computer technology, IT management technology and decision-making technique combining with modern management thinking, methods and means, to assist administrators to manage and make decision, to establish an integrated man-machine management system which including multiple domains, these are widespread in the field of management informationAccording to the management needs of sports talent resources of Zhejiang local government administrative department, this thesis analyzed the functional requirements and demand characteristics of constructing Zhejiang sports talent resources database system, and also analyzed the entity-relationship of sports talent resources database system according to the characteristics of this system, then designed and tested the import
