小学语文新手教师与专家教师课堂教学行为比较研究 _ 以《海底世界》课堂教学为例 中文摘要 教育要发展,教师起了关键性的作用。加强师资队伍的建设,关注青年教师 的成长,成了领导和专家学者共同关心的课题。国内外的专家学者对教师的成长 做了不少研究,并取得了显著的成绩。其中,新手教师和专家教师的比较研究是 一个重要的研究方向。 本研究选取了一组小学语文新手教师和专家教师作为研究对象,对她们同一 教学内容的课堂教学进行定量观察和定性观察,获取原始数据资料,并作为个案 进行两类教师课堂教学行为的比较研究。本研究主要从教师教学的主要行为,即 呈示行为、对话行为以及阅读指导行为,三个方面对两类教师的课堂教学行为进 行分析比较,从中发现两类教师教学行为的异同。在剖析两类教师外显教学行为 的同时,探究她们教学行为背后所内隐的教学理念和思想。通过本研究发现,小 学语文新手教师和专家教师在教师的语言素养、对文本的解读、对学生的关注、 课堂师生间的关系、教学理念与实践的结合以及课堂教学的信息量和信息呈现形 式等方面都存在着差异。如何缩小两类教师之间的差异,让新手教师更快的成长, 笔者提出了以下建议:继续加强教师的基本功训练;完善教师的知识结构;在实 践中促进新手教师的成长;经验教师和大学指导教师共同做好师徒带教。 关键词:小学语文;新手教师;专家教师;课堂教学行为;比较IAbstract Teachers play a key role in the development of education. To strengthen the construction of the teachers and to pay attention to the growth of the novice teachers become a subject which leaders and scholars are concerned about. The experts and scholars from home and abroad do a lot of research on the growth of the teachers and have achieved remarkable results. And in these research, the comparative study between the novice teachers and the expert teachers is an important directionThis study selects a group of novice Chinese teachers and expert Chinese teachers in primary school to do both quantitative observation and qualitative observation on the same content on their classroom teaching. Through this way, we obtain the raw data and choose the two types of teacher’s classroom teaching behavior as a case to do comparative study. The study analyzes and compares the two types of teachers’ main teaching behavior, including presentation behavior, dialogue acts and acts of reading instruction, and to find similarities and differences between two types of teaching behavior. While we analyze the explicit teaching behavior, we also explore the implicit teaching philosophy and ideas behind the teaching behaviorThrough this study, we find that there are many differences between the novice Chinese teachers and the expert Chinese teachers in primary school
