摘 要 本毕业设计是根据辽宁工业大学继续教育学院土木工程专业毕业设计任务书的要求进行的,包括建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计三部分内容。 本毕业设计名称为某中学教学楼,教学楼长93.7m,宽41.8m,高20.1m,建筑面积9491.32m2,五层。 此建筑采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,安全等级为二级,耐火等级为二级,设防烈度为7度。由于该建筑物长度的影响,在建筑的中部和两端共设有三处防震逢。整幢教学楼设置四部楼梯,满足疏散和防火要求。 基础均采用柱下独立基础,地基承载力特征值为250kN/㎡,地下水位离地面为3.0m,冻土深度为1.10m,基础埋深1.10m。 施工组织设计是对此建筑各个方面的特点进行细致深入分析后制订的。 在设计过程中,进行了多个建筑方案的评估和筛选,最终选定本方案。进行了结构的手算、电算,施工组织设计,绘制了建筑图、结构图和施工总平面图。 关键词: 框架结构;建筑设计;结构设计;施工组织设计; Abstract The design is conducted according to the requirements of civil engineering graduation design, the school of continuing education, Liaoning University of Technology. This design is composed of three parts: architecture design, structural design, and construction organization design. The design concerns a teaching building of a middle school. The teaching building is 93.7m long, 41.8m wide and 20.1m high. The construction area is 9491.32m2. The consists of 5 storeys. This building has cast-in-situ concrete frame structure. With safety classes of two, fire-proof classes of two, and earthquake fortification intensity is seven. There are three earthquake resistance joints in the middle and the two extremities due to the length of the building. There are four flight of stairs for the purpose of evaculation and fire emergency. An independent foundation under the column is adopted. The characteristic value of subgrade bearing capability is 250kN/m2, the underground water is 3.0m, under the ground the frozen soil is 1.10m deep, and the bottom of the foundation is 1.1m under the ground. The design of construction is done by careful analysis of all features of this building. In the process of the design, this programme is finally adopted after appraising and selecting a number of programmes. A series of procedures are carried out, such as the calculation of the structure by hand, by calculators, construction design.
