Focuses:researches on the training models of translation talents, and the researches on the models of translation teaching. Deficiencies:the significanee of practice in translation teaching has won wide attcntion， but application research has been generally ignored;evaluation of translation teaching has received wide attention, but formative evaluation is generally ignored, especially research on the evaluation of translation workshop teaching is rather scarce;researches on the social service functions of translation teaching and its rcalization are extrcmcly scarce. For the purpose of balancing the cultivation and demand of translation talents, a study on project-based translation workshop on teaching model and evaluating system is conducted from four dimensions:explore the key factors influencing translation talent supply and market demand;construet the teaching model of projec t - based Translation Workshop tc aching ;to const rue t the evalua ting and appraising system of project-based Translation Workshop teaching;conduct an empirical test and study of the aforesaid teaching model as wel1 as the evaluating and appraising system.
