一、中国在服务贸易领域的具体承诺China’s Specific Commitments in the Field of Service Trade 　　　我国入世重要文件之一——《服务贸易特定承诺减让表：第2条最惠国待遇原则例外清单》(Schedule of Specific Commitments on Services：List of Article II MFN Exemptions)分别适用于所有服务部门的水平承诺(Horizontal Commitments)和特定部门承诺(Specific Commitments)两大部分，分别列明了我国对四种服务提供方式——跨境交付、境外消费、商业存在、自然人流动及对11个部门所做的市场准入、国民待遇和其他承诺。这些承诺确立了我国服务部门对外开放的时间表，也是我国须遵守的重要义务。 （一）我国的主要“水平承诺”(Major Horizontal Commitments of China) China requires the proportion of foreign investment in an equity joint venture shall be no less than 25 per cent of the registered capital of the joint venture. 中国要求，股权式合资企业中的外资比例不得少于该合资企业注册资本的25%。 The establishment of branches by foreign enterprises is, as a general rule, unbound.
