Speaking Test for Unit 1-14 Section A: Problem Solving Directions: In this section, you will be asked to solve a business problem by yourself. You have two minutes to prepare. Task One You are very sad when one of your important customers calls you. What and how would you say? ★Tips: (1) Is the first impression important when a customer is telephoning you? (2) When you decide to pick up the phone, what is your facial expression? (3) How do you adjust your mood? What activities should be included in the agenda? Present your opinions. Tips Such agenda may include receiving the customers, meeting, signing ceremony, sightseeing, vehicles, lunch/dinner time, and the accompanying persons. Section B: Presentation Directions: In this section, you will be asked to make a presentation on ONE of the business topics for two minutes. You have two minutes to prepare. Presentation One Directions: You have booked airline tickets for your customers. But when you arrive at the airport, you are informed that all the planes at the Airport were grounded by fog.
