GENERAL UNDERSTANDING Listen to the tape and answer the following questions. Who are the speakers in the conversation? What are they talking about? DETAILED UNDERSTANDING Listen to the tape again and find the answers for the following questions. 1.What did the customer come to the bank for? 2.What kind of bill does the customer have? 3.Has the bill been accepted by the Acceptance Bank?
