This study discusses the relationship of the technical innovation capability and the enterprise performance, and analyzes influence of the innovation resource on the technical innovation capability and the enterprise performance from the view of external innovation resource. The study has collected the data about 200 manufacturing enterprises from Pearl River Delta by the questionnaire, and analyzed them with the structural equation modeling.
