保定农村育龄妇女乙肝认知及影响因素分析-盲审稿1.docVIP

国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目（NSF） 保定市农村育龄妇女乙肝认知及影响因素分析 摘 要：目的　了解保定某县农村育龄妇女的乙肝相关知识认知现状及其影响因素，针对性提出政策建议。方法　运用调查问卷对2228例育龄妇女进行调查，采用SPSS16.0软件进行统计分析。结果　被调查对象有85.3%知晓乙肝，82.6%知晓乙肝疫苗，不同受教育程度、不同职业和医疗保障分组的育龄妇女的乙肝和乙肝疫苗知晓具有统计学差异；多因素Logistic回归发现，被调查育龄妇女的年龄、受教育程度和职业均对其乙肝病毒母婴传播的知晓具有影响。结论　保定某县农村育龄妇女的乙肝和乙肝疫苗知晓率较高，但对乙肝症状和乙肝病毒传播渠道的相关知识知晓程度较低，需结合农村实际和育龄妇女特点，开展多种形式健康教育以提高育龄妇女对乙肝相关知识的认知。 关键词: 育龄妇女； 乙肝； 乙肝疫苗； 认知； 影响因素 Cognition of Hepatitis B and Risk Factors among Fertile Women in Rural Area in BaoDing Abstract: Background and Objectives: Currently, China is the only country with high prevalence of Hepatitis B virus in Asia. There are 130 million populations who have been infected by HBV in China. A huge amount of literature has showed that individuals’ cognition plays an important role in the injection motivation of HB vaccine, not only for their offspring but also for the other family members. In order to learn of fertile women’s cognition of Hepatitis B in rural area in Baoding and some useful policy suggestions were proposed. Methods and contents: The data collection questionnaire was designed to investigate the respondents’ cognition level on Hepatitis B and the vaccine, guided by items adapted and revised from “Introduction of Hepatitis B Vaccine into Childhood Immunization Services-Management Guidelines”from WHO. The questionnaire took the form of a structured face-to-face interview accomplished by our investigators on February 2012. 2228 fertile women were interviewed and then statistic analysis were carried out by using SPSS 16.0. Results: 85.3% of the participant knows Hepatitis B and 82.6% knows Hepatitis B vaccine. There were statistic differences in various educational level groups, occupation groups and health insurance groups. Influence of age, educational level and occupation to the cognition level in maternal-neonatal transmission of Hepatitis B virus of fertile women were proved by Logistic regression.
