北京信息科技大学 毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 直驱转台设计 学 院： 机电工程学院 专 业： 机械制造及其自动化 学生姓名： 班级/学号 指导老师/督导老师： 起止时间：200 年 月 日 至 200 年 月 日 摘要 PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 机床直驱技术解决了间接驱动引起的弹性形变、摩擦、反向间隙等问题，具有较高的动态响应特性，而作为直驱动力输出的最佳选择，永磁电机因其体积小、能量密度高、结构简单，可将电机嵌入到转台、摆头等功能部件内部。 直驱转台省去了齿轮传动、蜗杆传动等机械传动被控对象与电机做成一体化结构，电机的力矩、速度、位置将直接传递给负载，把传动链的长度缩短为零，解决了传统机械传动中遇到的速度、精度、制造成本上的瓶颈问题。 本文中的转台应用了直驱技术和静压技术，是集成创新设计。直驱部分采用盘式电机。盘式电机轴向尺寸短,重量轻,体积小，结构紧凑;由于采用永久磁钢激磁,转子无损耗,电机运行效率高。静压系统部分，轴向采用恒压式供油油腔，可以有效地消除传统转台驱动方式下由摩擦和振动引起的多种误差，提高了转台的精度，改善了动态响应特性。径向采用径向静压轴承，具有回转精度高、刚性较高、转动平稳、无振动的特点，广泛用于超精密机床。同时转台还配有检测、冷却、锁紧机构，以保证转台的精度和稳定性。 关键词：直驱转台；盘式电机；静压系统； 全套图纸加扣?3012250582 ABSTRACT PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE II ABSTRACT Machine tools direct drive technology solves the elastic deformation, friction, back lash and other issues caused by indirect drive and can improve the dynamic performance of the system. Permanent magnet motors can be embedded within the rotary table and 2-axis milling head because of small size, high energy density, simple structure. Direct-drive turntable saves gear and worm drive, mechanical drive and motor with a structure of the object, and the motor torque, speed and position of pass directly to the load, and shorten the length of the transmission chain to zero, to solve the traditional mechanical transmission of speed, accuracy, asked the bottlenecks in the manufacturing cost. In this article the direct-drive turntable application technology and static pressure technology, integrated innovation design. Direct driving part adopts disk motor. Disk motor short axial dimensions, light weight, small size, compact structure. With permanent magnetic field, rotor lossless, motor running with high efficiency. Static pressure system, the axial with constant pressure type oil supply oil cavity, can effectively eliminate the traditional turntable driven
