But among the impetu ses mentioned above, the traction force (being the primitive one of the information science) is the premise and foundation to bring others into full u se, while the support force is the active and practical one and is the core motivation for information science. This paper also introduces the construction of the comprehensive effect model for information science and points out that the development of information science could be promoted in terms of the developing motivations.
