But, currently, this education system is still not sound enough. Main problems in existence are that the predominant fonclion is not obvious^ the independent and complete hasnt yet bees foimed, the structure settig is not ftilly reasonable，the mission division of labor is not specific and the resources constructioti and integrating is sJow, etc. Petty officer academic education innovation of OUT army is the realistic demand of perfecting military acackndc education system^ enhefidiig petiy officer trainiiig quality and bene?, pushing fomaid army infomiatioaization and winning future information warfare.
