一种轻量化模块化动车组行李架设计 The invention relates to a lightweight modular luggage rack design for emu 摘　　　要 本设计主要是对高速动车上的行李架进行设计，行李架主要作用是承载旅客的行李。本设计主要从以下几方面进行： 对行李架进行合理的，科学的有效的模块划分，既要便于工厂的生产，也要便于装配和以后部件的更换。 对行李架进行轻量化，采用不同的型材来达到减轻行李架以达到减轻整个高速动车的质量，进而提高运行速度。 通过Abaqus对设计好的行李架进行仿真分析，通过静强度校核选出最优方案。 关键词：高速动车组；模块化；轻量化；结构仿真；仿真分析； Abstract This design is mainly for high-speed train luggage rack design, luggage rack is mainly used to carry passengers luggage. This design is mainly carried out from the following aspects: carry out reasonable, scientific and effective module division of the luggage rack, which is not only convenient for factory production, but also convenient for assembly and replacement of later parts. the luggage rack is lightweight, using different profiles to reduce the luggage rack to achieve the reduction of the whole high-speed train quality, and then improve the running speed. the designed luggage rack is simulated and analyzed by Abaqus, and the optimal scheme is selected by checking the static strength.
