Meth鄄 ods 28 cases of metoprolol-induced adverse reactions reported in domestic medical journals from 1996to 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results The adverse reactions induced by it were mainly concentrated in 41 to 70 years old;the number of cases occurring within 30 min to 1d was the most; the clinical manifestations were mainly the cardiovascu鄄 lar system,in which arrhythmia was the most common. In recent years,joint pain had been increased. The analysis rate of this time was up to 17.86%.Conclusion Clinicians should pay attention to the adverse reactions induced by meto鄄 prolol andensurerational use of drugs.
