第一个重要标志. 不对称 心管环化和心脏腔室 形态发生是一个相当复杂 过程, 人们对其分子机制, 特
别是心脏定位和不对称发育机理 了解还相当有限. 为了探讨心脏 左右不对称发育, 重点从形态学和分子
水平对近期 研究作了简要 概述.

Left- right Asymmetry During Heart Development

Abstract: Though the outside of vertebrate looks like symmetric, at last their inner organs are obviously asymmet-
ric. Patterning of all t issues and organs in the vertebrate embryo occurs along the dorsoventral( DV) , anteroposterior
(AP) and left- right ( LR) body axes. Comparing the formation of DV and AP axes, little is known about the pat-
terning events that established the vertebrate LR axis. Heart is the first functional embryonic organ. Right - w ard
looping is an asymmetric event and is a remarkable landmark of L- R patterning. The asymmetric loop ing and cham-
ber format ion are complex processes which w ere started to study at molecular level in recent years and some novel
genes w ere detected .
