可变功能机械系统概念设计的
相似模型构建研究*

摘要：针对可变功能机械系统间的相似性问题，对机械系统功能、行为和结构在时间和空间上的联系，相似性的表达形式以及相似
度量模型等问题进行了研究，建立了系统概念设计模型框架，提出了一种将“功能-行为-结构（FBS）”模型与相似理论结合的方法，
定义了功能序结构和行为序结构，并对两者的组成关系进行了分析，得出了用于机械系统概念设计的相似表达模型，阐述了模型构
建的具体步骤。研究结果表明，实例模型的构建符合设计认知过程，对相似性进行了可靠地描述，并实现了对各设计层相似度的衡
量，验证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract：Aimingatthesimilarityinmechanicalsystemwithvariablefunctionswhichhascompactstructure，theexpressionformof
similarityandsimilaritymeasurementmodelwasstudied，andtherelationintimeandspaceofthefunction，behaviorandstructureof
mechanicalsystemwasresearched.Thesystematicframeworkmodelwasdevelopedbybasingonthe“functional-behavior-structure”
designmodelandthesimilaritytheory.Functionsequencestructureandbehaviorsequencestructureweredefined，andtheirrelationships
were analyzed，to illustrate the similarity of the conceptual design. Finally the specific steps of developing a similar model were
elaborated.Theresultsshowthattheinstancemodelcomplywiththecognitiveprocessofdesign，canmeasurethesimilarityofdifferent
designlayers.Themodelcanbeusedtodescribethesimilarityofvariable-functionmechanicalsystemforitsconceptualdesign.
