To mi prove the ab ility and the accuracy of the dynam ic test of structures, some new dynam ic testmeansw ere developed on the basis of the trad itional test methods in the recent years. In the paper, the advancesw as introduced in the full-scaled shaking table, themultiple shaking tables, the real-tmi e substructure testing, and the network for the seism ic testing equipm ents. Moreover, several tendencies of the dynam ic testing development of structures are suggested. The paper can be a reference for the seism ic investigation of structures.
