Period 1 Warming up and reading
Teaching aims
1. To let students learn about the countries of the United Kingdom and the Union Jack.
2. To get students to read the passage and know about how the UK was formed and the four groups of invaders.
3. To have students learn different reading skills of fast reading and careful reading.
