石家庄铁道学院自学考试毕业论文 中文题目我国期货市场发展问题研究英 文题目 The Research of the Futures Market development problem of China 届成人教育分院 专 业国际经济与管理 准考证号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期2012年2月29日 摘要 金融市场在一国经济中起着至关重要的作用，而期货市场作为金融市场的重要组 成部分，其健康发展影响着金融市场的运行，进而影响整个社会经济的发展。因此， 期货市场的发展研究成为金融研究的一个重要方向。本文以我国期货市场发展现状为 研究基础，通过对现状的分析，找到我国期货市场发展进程中存在的一些问题，并针 对这些问题，提出了解决策略，为期货市场健康发展建言献策。 我们对我国期货市场发展现状进行研究分析，基于现状，发现近几年我国期货市 场虽然发展迅速，但是在交易规模、交易品种、交易制度、相关法律法规等方面都存 在着一些问题。交易存在过度的投机行为；交易品种有限，缺乏金融期货等衍生品种; 交易制度不完善，造成操纵市场行为；相关法律法规不完善，存在金融犯罪；这些问 题都制约了期货市场的发展。最后，针对这些问题，我们提出了相应的建议用于改善 期货市场，促进我国期货市场健康发展。 关键词：期货市场 交易品种 股指期货投机 Abstract The financial market plays a vital role in a country^ economy and the future market has been an important part of the financial market. The healthy development affects the functioning of financial market and then affects the development of the whole social economy, so the research of the future market is an important field in the finance research. This paper, basing on the current situation of the future market in China and analyzing it, finds that there exist some problems in the evolution and give the corresponding advises for the healthy of the future market. We study the development of the Chinese futures market. Based on it, we find that although the futures market has development rapidly in recent years, there are some problems in size, types, system, relevant laws and regulations- It has excessive speculation transactions. The types are too limited and lack of the financial futures- The system is imperfect resulting in the market manipulation. Revenant laws and regulations are incomplete and it has financial crime. These are all restricting the development of futures market. Finally, to solve these problems, we propose appropriate recommendations for the improvement of the futures market to promote the healthy development of Chinese futures market.
