PAGE 0 - 江苏南通二建集团有限公司 . 2. 土方工程 Earth work 2.1. 土方工程施工方案 Construction scheme 由于工程地坪板、地坪梁、承台标高不一致，且相差甚远，但承台布置密集，开挖后相互间的距离很小，故考虑每区土方先满堂大开挖至地坪梁垫层底(个别地坪梁标高或低或高于此标高的另外处理)，然后进行承台基坑、基槽（同一轴线上承台相互间距离很小）土方的开挖，开挖时大开挖与承台基坑同时进行，承台原则上按坑槽开挖，并视承台间的大小，中间能留下的土方尽量留下，以减少土方开挖与回填工作量。 Elevations of terrace slab, beam and caps are different and cap density is large, with small spacing after excavation, so each area is fully excavated to bottom of beam bedding course (beams with higher or lower elevations shall be treated otherwise), then the cap foundation trenches are dug (spacing between caps in same axis is very small). Large scale excavation is done with cap foundation trench excavation. Earth between caps shall be retained as far as possible to reduce earth works and backfill works. 主厂房土方开挖计划从B、C区域交接伸缩缝 eq \o\ac(○,12)轴、 eq \o\ac(○,13)轴分别向两端同时开挖，即B区→A区、C区→D区，计划每区3天完成土方开挖。B区土方开挖量大约9000m3，A区土方开挖量大约8000m3，采用3台PC220-7反铲挖掘机开挖；C区土方开挖量大约11000m3，D区土方开挖量大约12000m3，采用4台PC220-7反铲挖掘机开挖。另外考虑有部分桩高于设计标高，配备4台PC120-6小型挖掘机进行工程桩之间的土方开挖 For earth work of main building, it is planned to excavate simultaneously from axis eq \o\ac(○,12)and axis eq \o\ac(○,13)(expansion joint at crossing of B area and C area), namely from area B to area A and from area C to area D. Excavation of each area is planned to be finished within three days. About 9000m3 soil is excavated in area B and about 8000m3 soil is excavated from area A and three PC220-7 backhoe excavators are used. About 12000m3 soil is excavated in area D and four PC220-7 backhoe excavators are used.
