建设工程监理中的风险管理与控制 ［扌商要］随着中国房地产业不断发展，建设单位对监理单位的要求更为严格，而监理单 位在监理过程中遇到各种风险，其对风险的管理与控制显得更加重要。本文在风险管理 理论基础上分析建设工程监理屮的风险特征并提出如何管理、控制风险，文章的主体分 为三个部分：本文第一部分阐述风险的基本概念。先提出风险的定义和风险相关概念概 念，再指出风险类型、影响因素；第二部分阐述监理中的风险管理。指出工程监理中风 险的特征，阐述工程监理风险管理流程；第三部分阐述监理风险控制，主要分析监理的 两大责任风险，并提出控制措施。 ［关键词］建设工程监理风险管理风险控制 Risk management and controlment of construction supervision Abstract: With Chinas continuous development of the real estate industry, require the construction unit to the more stringent supervision units, and supervision units encounter various risks in the process of management, the risk management and control becomes more and more important. This paper analyses the risk characteristics of construction project supervision based on the theory of risk management and puts forward how to manage, control risk, the main body of the article is divided into three parts: the first part of this paper described the basic concept of risk.
