中文摘要 本设计为广州市某综合楼集中空调系统工程设计，地上二十五层，地下两层。 主要建筑功能为商场、办公和客房。根据房间功能，全楼采用集中供给空调方式, 冷热源采用两台天然气;臭化锂机组实现夏季供冷，冬季供热并供卫生热水，实现 一机三用。 根据各不同功能房间将该集中空调系统分为两种空调送风方式，高大空间如 商场等采用全空气系统，新风直接从室外引进与回风混合（一次回风）后送风； 客房灯采用了风机盘管加独立新风系统，新风机组从室外引入新风处理到室内空 气恰值，风机盘管承担室内冷负荷及部分的新风湿负荷。水系统采用水平闭式双 管同程式，垂直三管同程式，冷水泵三台、冷却水泵两台。地下汽车库、制冷机 房采用自机械进风和机械排风。考虑楼梯间及合用前室正压送风。 关键词：风机盘管加独立新风系统 全空气系统 防排烟 天然气直燃式渙化 锂机组 Abstract The des i gn of guangzhou city bui Iding a centra I a i r conditioning systems engineer ing des ign, the ground 25, underground tow Iayers?
