1. Knowledge Objects
(1) Function: Talk about the history of inventions.

Step Ⅱ Presentation (1a)
Match the inventions with inventors. Then talk about them.
Ask students to look at the four pictures in 1a and let students tell what they are.
Read the instruction to the class and read the sample conversation, then have students work in pairs/groups to guess the invented ordered

1. Listen to a conversation between Alice and Grandma, then choose the correct answers.
2. Listen and match the inventions with the years.
3. Check the answers.
