Teaching Aids: Multimedia Teaching Procedure: Step 1 Lead-in Show a picture full of stars ,ask Ss the following questions and allow them to discuss within 3 minutes, then encourage them to show their own opinions. Do you like stars? Who is your favorite star? Why do you like him/ her? Have you ever made track for a star? Show the picture of Yang Lijuan ,and talk about her with Ss: T: She has made track for a star crazily. Do you know Who the woman is? (Yang Lijuan-- A fan of Andy Lau) What happened to her after making track for Andy Lau? Show Ss the stories of Yang Lijuan and ask them to express their own feelings about the woman’s story.
