毕业论文 第 PAGE II 页 新白云机场出港流量优化研究 摘 要 近几年，中国民航业迅猛发展。航空领域的快速发展使得空中交通的拥挤和空域繁忙的问题急剧凸显，并日益发展成为世界各大航运国家所面临的一大顽疾。在此背景下，针对航班放行优化引起了多方的关注，适时改变放行策略作为一种灵活且有效的手段在扩充机场承载容量、改善和优化繁忙地区航路航线网、应对预期特定事件发生时的飞行变化需求等方面得到广泛使用。优化放行容量，改善飞行条件，对减少航班延误和保障飞行安全有着较大的意义。本文对新白云机场在繁忙时间段出港航班流量优化进行深入研究。文章首先通过绪论描述了近年来国内外空中交通流量管理的现状及机场进出港航班流量研究的发展情况，并对本文研究机场进行详细说明，再针对机场运行现状分析空域结构、流量分布特征，得出机场进出港不平衡的问题所在。论文以机场跑道使用间隔为核心，出港排序优化模型。将优化好的结果与实际情况进行对比和分析，然后在对比分析之后对优化模型进行反思和考虑，找出优化模型的缺陷及不足之处，并提出可能的优化建议。并结合研究模型对新白云机场的出港港航班流量优化进行进一步的展望。 关键词：空中交通管理；空中交通流量管理；放行优化；航班延误； XINBAIYUN airport departure delivery sequence optimization model research Abstract In recent years,the civil aviation of china has been devoloped fleetly. the rapid growth of theaviation industry makes a huge load to air transportation and airfield congestion, for now it has become a serious problem in civil aviation.Under this background, aiming at the optimization of flight release attracted attention, and timely changing clearance strategy as a flexible and effective means has been widely sued in extending airport capacity, respond to the expected specific event of flight changes in demand,and also improve some airway in busy areas.Optimizing release capacity, improve flight condition has great influence on reduction of flight delays and the security of flight safety.In this paper, based on current airspace in Guangzhou Baiyun Airport, discuss the influence of Baiyun Airport approach airspace structure on the flights of air traffic flow. In the first, introduces the current situation of research in the world.and the detail of Baiyun Airport. Then in view of the status analysis of airspace structure, flow distribution, it is concluded that the airport flight flow unbalanced problem.This paper according to commonly used runway-using interval, establishing departure flow optimization model.
