Abstract Abstract With the Strengthen of economic globalization, international trade in services has been booming, a new round of international industrial transfer which is service-oriented has kicked off , countries regard the development of trade in services as a new growth point for stimulating economic development. As a growth pole of northern Chinas economic , regional cooperation of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei has entered a substantial stage of development. In the new background of international economic, Beijing Tianjin and Hebei should seize this rare opportunity to find new entry points for further close cooperation. In this background, this paper has fully reflected the development of service trade in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei which as a basis, explored the feasibility of the collaborative development of trade in services in Beijing Tianjin and Hebei which as a core, search the achieve path to collaborative development of trade in services of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei which as a main line, to analyse the achievable conditions and the implementation of the path of collaborative development of trade in services of Beijing Tianjin and Hebei which is in multi-level analytic such as theory, reality, and empirica, and then proposed safeguards to promote it.
