These measures include increasing loan for all local enterprises under deteriorative economic outlook, increasing the proportion of government’s sharing of the loan default risk, enlarging enterprise financing plan and capital construction project etc. which brings Singapores engineering enterprises unprecedented development opportunity. Under new competition environment of 21 century, how medium and small enterprises conduct effective research to cope with change of external environment, consider in-house development trend and strategy to face opportunity and cope with challenge becomes an austere subject that every enterprise have to face. This thesis tries to put forward the author’s own opinion for reference of enterprises on how enterprises should ascertain new development strategy for new change by applying industrial structure theory, market competition policy theory and other strategy management elementary theories of engineering manufacture and adopting the method of combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis in analytic mode for individual cases on the basis of strategic analysis for the research object, Yongold engineering company. This thesis adopts empirical research method, insists the principle of combining theory with practice, applies the strategy management knowledge to the specific enterprise cases and conducts quite exhaustive analyses and discussion for development strategy of Yongold Engineering Company.
