Section A 1a-1c 执教者：司马实验学校 蔡冰娜 学情分析： 901班的孩子有良好的生活体验和英语基础，学生在各国习俗的资料搜集及归纳整理上有较强的优势，但是，这群学生在英语学科上有点不自信，怕说错，怕被笑，导致课堂气氛往往不够活跃。而且大部分学生的听说水平并不是很高，因此，听说课堂需要根据他们年龄的特点，利用他们较强的求知欲，喜欢探究事物的习惯，改进传统的听说教学。以便他们能更好地掌握用相关的目标语言来介绍各国的不同习俗。 教材分析： 本节课是“Go for it”教材九年级第十单元第一课时。整个单元围绕学习一种新的建议方法be supposed to do 展开讨论， 通过greeting, table manners 两种教材已设情景的学习， 熟悉运用该句型， 从而达到能用所学语言交流的目的。本节课是新课引入， 教学内容和教学重点就是通过学习Section A，认识并初步掌握be supposed to do 在greeting 这个情景中的运用， 同时，通过讨论，听力和阅读练习等方式达到能基本交流的目的。本节引入课包含学习句型be supposed to do 的用法和与greeting 相关的行为词汇， 如kiss, bow, shake hands等， 教学内容简单且富有生活情趣， 有利于激起学生参与意识和好奇心理， 更主要的是通过了解西方不同国家的礼仪， 扩大学生的知识面， 培养学生的礼貌意识。本节课的教学重点在于反复熟练地运用语言，通过大量的口头交际， 为后面课时的听力，阅读练习做好扎实的准备。 Teaching Aims: Knowledge aims: 1.To master the new words: custom, greet, bow, kiss. 2. How to improve students’ listening and speaking skills. Teaching Procedures: Step I Greeting Lead in Greet the teachers who come to the class and lead in the new unit. Step II Warming up Let students watch a short video and find out two custom mistakes. Step III Presentation Get familiar with the country names in 1a. Learn the new words and expression by asking what Chinese people do when greeting. Finish 1a and 1b in the text book, then drill the target language by making conversations.
