Section B (2a-2d)教学设计 遵义市第五十三中学 刘宗秀 教材分析;本单元围绕“节日”这一话题展开话题各种教学活动。2a针对“节日”这话题和语言功能项目的说和写的练习。通过说,读,写的练习帮助学生熟练掌握that,if and whether的宾语从句和感叹句的结构和用法。并要求学生讨论有关圣诞节的内容,并编写圣诞节的思维导图,引出接下来的阅读部分2b。和做2c,2d的练习,让学生阅读圣诞节的文章,并学会运用推测这一阅读策略理解短文,了解文章的主要意思。通过做各种练习使学生对中西方主要节日有较为详细的了解,让学生掌握节日的精神内涵,从而愉快地度过每个节日。教育学生在生活中热情友好地对待每个人,传播爱和欢乐。 Teaching aims; 1. knowledge objects (1)Function; Talk about the festival and give a personal reaction. Key Vocabulary; Christmas, lie, novel, eve, dead, business, punish, warm, present, warmth,spread think of etc. Target Language: ①.But behind all these thing lies the the true meaning of Christmas: the importance of sharing and giving love and job to people around us. ②.He is mean and only thinks about himself. ③.He just cares about whether he can make more money and he hates Christmas. 4.Structure: Enable students to talk about the festivals by using the objective clauses. 2. Ability objects 1.Enable students to understand the main idea of the passage by inferring and learn to tell the story of Christmas. 2.Know about the spirit of Christmas and develop their reading and writing skills. 3. Moral Objects Understand the true spirit of Christmas and learn to share and give love and joy to people around us. Teaching difficult points Learn how to find the main idea of the passage by inferring and develop students’ different reading skills. Teaching Procedures Step1 Lead in Listen to the English song “When Christmas come to town together. Then have them answer the questions. What festival is the song about? What do you know about this festival?
