Teaching Aims
1. Knowledge Objects:
(1)Function:Let the students know how to talk about their likes and dislikes by using the sentence pattern. Learn some new words about food.
(2)Key Vocabulary:hamburgers, tomatoes, milk, pears, oranges, ice cream, salad, bananas, strawberries, bread.
(3)Target Language:①—Do you like …?—Yes, I do. /No, I don’t.
②I like…./I don’t like…
(4)Structure:The countable nouns and the uncountable nouns.

To learn to talk about likes and dislikes.
3. Moral Objects:
Enjoy the life and have a good health.

Step 1 Warning-up Lead-in(About 2 minutes)
1. Enjoy a song Daily greetings to the students.
T:Good morning/afternoon, class.
(showing a banana )Look! What’s this in English?
Ss: It’s a banana.
T: (showing some bananas )And what’re these?
Ss: They are bananas.
T: Do you like bananas?
Ss: Yes, we do./No, we don’t.
T: Today, let’s learn Unit 6 Do you like bananas? Section A 1a-2c.
Step 2 Presentation (About 10 minutes)
1. Learning aims
Show the students learning aims.
2. Guessing game
Show a picture of a fridge and ask the students to guess what’s in it.
3. Learning the new words
The students follow the teacher to read the words one by one.
4. Practice the words
The students PK the words.
5. Exercise
Finish la: Match the words with the things in the picture.
Then check the answer.
Step 3 Presentation (About 15 minutes)
Magic time
The teacher shows the picture of a banana and the students say “ banana” ; the teacher shows another picture of some bananas and the students say “ bananas” for several times(Show more pictures about fruits and food in 1a).
