Review some words and prepositions of place by showing some pictures on screen. Step = 2 \* ROMAN II Presentation Show the cards of English letters, and then ask the students to find out the missing letters around the classroom. S1: Where is I/M/O/Q/T/W/Y/Z？ S2: It’s in my desk. S3:It’s on my book. … Play a game: Find the differences Have the students find out the differences between some pictures, they should use the key expressions like this: In picture 1,…is in/on/under… ,but in picture2,…on/under/ in… Step = 3 \* ROMAN III Practising Show a picture of a room, ask the students to make conversations with their partners to describe the pictures.
