PAGE 5 我国中小企业财务管理问题分析与对策 内容摘要 中小企业作为我国国民经济中重要的组成部分，是我国国民经济发展重要的推动力。随着经济的发展，我国中小企业数量越来越多，对经济发展的贡献也越来越大，竞争加剧。但时下我国众多中小企业却存在缺乏完善的财务管理制度，忽视财务管理对企业的重要性等问题，再加上外部环境的限制，致使众多中小企业的财务管理与企业发展不协调甚至制约了企业的进一步发展。本文将从内部因素与外部因素两方面分析企业财务管理制度方面存在的问题并针对这些问题提出建议和对策，旨在改善企业财务管理现状，促进其不断改革进而使企业走上健康发展的道路。 关键词：中小企业； 财务管理； 问题； 对策； Analysis and Countermeasures of financial management problems of SMEs in China Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises as an important part of Chinas national economy, it’s an important driving force of Chinas national economic development. With the development of economy and the increasing number of enterprises, SMEs contribute to economic development more and more, competition is also growing. But nowadays many of our small and medium-sized enterprises are lack of perfect financial management system, ignoring the importance of financial management of enterprises, coupled with the external environment restriction, many small and medium enterprises inconsistent between financial management and enterprise development. Even restrict the further development of enterprises. This article will analysis enterprise financial management system problems from the two aspects of internal and external factors, and aimed at these questions to propose suggestions and countermeasures, to improve financial management status of enterprise, promote the reform of the enterprise onto the road of healthy development.
