　 论文范文 　 　 题目：技能训练程式对社区精神分裂症患者康复作用的研究 　 编辑： 司马小 　 　 作者：陶婵梅，贺卫，周玲，李雪芳，诸雅芳 【摘要】 目的 探讨技能训练程式对社区精神分裂症患者的康复作用。 方法 将102例符合标准的社区精神分裂症患者随机分成干预组和对照组，两组均给予药物治疗的基础上，对干预组患者实施为期20周的技能训练，并采用相关问卷和量表于干预前及干预后12个月收集两组患者相关信息进行统计分析。 结果 干预前，两组间相关项目差异均无显著性;干预后，干预组PANSS量表部分项目评分、MRSS评分低于对照组。 结论 在药物治疗的基础上，技能训练程式能改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状，增强社会功能，降低残疾度。 【关键词】 技能训练程式;精神分裂症;康复 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the skills training program to the role of the community rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.Methods 102 cases of schizophrenics in the community were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, both groups were given on the basis of drug treatment, based on the implementation of the intervention group in patients with a 20-week skills training, and adopt the relevant questionnaires and scales to intervene before and after the intervention of two groups of patients for 12 months to collect relevant information for statistical analaysis.Results Before intervention，two groups had no statistically significant difference between the related projects;After the intervention, the intervention group in some of the projects PANSS scale score,MRSS score lower than the control group.Conclusion On the basis of drug therapy, skills training program can improve psychiatric symptoms in patients with schizophrenia and enhance social function, reduce the degree of disability. 　　[Key words] skills training program;schizophrenia; rehabilitation 　　精神分裂症是一种常见的病因未明的重型精神障碍，患者普遍存在病程长、迁延不愈、退缩、被动、自知力差等问题，而且极易复发。药物治疗虽能控制其精神症状，但对提高患者的生活技能却有欠缺，单纯的药物治疗与现代医学模式的发展已经不能完全相适应。而技能训练在各种治疗均被认为是对症治疗的事实下，不失为促进精神分裂症患者康复的有力措施之一。本研究运用Liberman编写的《社会独立生活训练》中的两种程式，对社区精神分裂症患者进行技能训练并随访1年，探讨其对精神分裂症患者的康复作用。 　　1 对象与方法 　　1.1 对象 　　1.1.1 入组对象 对辖区内在册的社区精神分裂症患者随机选择符合标准的102例患者，用随机数字表法分为干预组、对照组，每组各51例，因未完成训练干预组失访2例。干预组：男24例，女25例，平均年龄(38.14±6.31)岁;对照组：男24例，女27例，平均年龄(40.29±9.13)岁。 　　1.1.2 入组标准 (1)符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)中精神分裂症的诊断标准。(2)性别不限，年龄18～60岁。(3)阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)总分≤65分。(4)至少有1位家属与患者共同生活，并能指导患者进行技能训练。(5)无严重慢性躯体疾病。(6)患者本人或
