. . 浅谈国家房地产调控政策 　　摘要： 文章简要回顾了国家房地产调控政策的现状及问题，分析了住房刚性需求者的住房需求，阐述了高房价将给中国带来的危害性，结合专家学者的观点，提出了二次房改，即三三制原则，可以很好的解决中国房地产问题，为公民的基本住房权提供强有力的保障。 　　关键词：房地产 ， 调控政策 ， 刚性需求，二次房改 ，住房权 　　Abstract: the article briefly reviews the national real estate situation and problems of the control policy, this paper analyzes the attempt of the housing needs of housing rigidity, expounds that high prices will bring to Chinas harmfulness, combined with the experts and scholars point of view, and put forward the second room changes, namely the three-thirds system principle, can be a solution to Chinas real estate pr
