第 PAGE 1 页 共 NUMPAGES 5 页 MASTERS STANDING ORDERS 船长标准指令 GENERAL 概要 1.The primary responsibility of the OOW at all times is the safe navigation of the ship. 值班驾驶员最基本的职责就是保证船舶航行安全 2.The regulations for the prevention of collision at sea must be complied with at all times. 在任何时候必须遵循国际海上避碰规则 3.An efficient lookout must be maintained at all times. 始终保持有效值班瞭望 4.The OOW is reminded that the main engines are at his disposal. 值班驾驶员要清楚本船的主机是在他的控制中 5.The sound signaling apparatus should be used as required. 按照要求鸣放声响信号 6.Any action taken to avoid collision must be made as early as possible and must be substantial so as to be readily apparent to other vessels.
