第 PAGE V 页 吉林市某商住楼电气系统设计 设计总说明 本次工程为吉林市某商住楼电气设计，建筑性质为二类高层商住楼，地上10+1层。建筑总面积为7598.29平米，建筑总高度35.54米。一到二层是商业，三层是快捷酒店，四到十层是住宅（第十层是跃层），顶层是电梯机房以及储物间。 本次毕业设计主要内容包括：低压配电系统、照明系统、防雷接地系统及弱电系统设计。低压配电系统主要运用需要系数法进行负荷计算，电能分配，照明系统达到安全用电和节约能源的目的。在防雷接地设计中，本建筑物为三类防雷，采用TN-C-S接地方式，充分保障用户用电的安全性。 本设计绘制了照明平面图系统图共13张、供配电平面图系统图共4张、防雷与接地系统图共2张、弱电平面图共5张再加上设计总说明及材料表共计26张图纸，此次设计说明书共撰写了2万字。 关键词：高层建筑；电气设计；规范；防雷接地；供配电 Electrical System Design of a Commercial Building in Jilin Design Description The project is an electrical design of a commercial building in Jilin. The building is a 2nd type high-rise commercial and residential building, 10+1 floors above the ground. Total construction area is 7598.29 square meters, total construction height is 35.54 meters. One and two floors are for commercial, three floor is inn, four to ten floors is house (the 10 floor is the thermocline), the top floor is the elevator machine room and storage rooms. This design includes: low-voltage power distribution systems, lighting systems, lightning protection and grounding system and design of the globe cable system. Low-voltage power distribution system uses demand coefficient method for load calculation, power distribution, lighting systems achieves safety and energy-saving purposes. The building is 3rd type of lightning, and TN-C-S earthing method to fully protect the safety for users to use electricity. This design lighting plan system figure a total of 13, power supply plan system a total of 4, lightning and grounding system a total of 2, weak plans a total of 5 plus general specification and materials amounts to 26 drawings, the design specification had written a total of 20,000 words.
