宁波市民卡使用现状调查与分析毕业论文 毕业论文 (20_ _届) 宁波市民卡使用现状调查与分析 摘 要 目前,宁波每天活跃着577万张银行卡、200多万张医保卡、140多万张公交卡。2008年1月中国人民银行总行正式批准宁波为全国金融IC卡多应用试点城市,金融IC卡就是宁波市的市民卡,其最大用处就是将这些卡的多数功能进行整合,并根据应用单位的不同特点和自身情况,进行应用的叠加,推广个性化服务,实现市民卡“一卡多用”。这样一方面可以节约社会资源,另一方面更加方便了人们的日常生活。 本文首先对宁波市民卡发展现状的文献进行梳理和归纳,总结国内外市民卡发展现状以及宁波市民卡的特色之处。并通过问卷调查的方式,了解市民卡在普通百姓手中的使用现状,对调查来的数据做分析,从中发掘出一些问题,以此为宁波市民卡的建设提供一定的建议。 关键词:宁波市民卡;使用现状;使用满意度 Abstract Currently, 5.77 million bank cards, more than 200 million Medicare cards, more than 140 million transit cards,are active every day in Ningbo.
